Currently in the design phase. Project is a true Wilderness Lodge accessed in the winter by skiing and in the summer via rough dirt roads. The approximate 10,000 square foot lodge is designed to satisfy the required uses of the Boy Scouts of America and Royal Gorge Cross County Ski Resort. The rustic Lodge is designed to take advantage of a wilderness lake with a state-of-the-art kitchen and a dining hall to feed up to 400 campers a day. The Lodge has a central main fireplaces, offices, meeting lounges, first aid center, and lodging suites.
