Developed conceptual mixed use Master Plan for Downtown Truckee parcel. Proposal includes a rustic hotel with detached cottage units, restaurants, recreation area, amphitheater, play house, ice rink, retail, office space, pedestrian bridge and bike trails. Scope also included a visioning document.
