Architectural Design competition to revitalize and expand the existing building of Truckee Donner Recreation & Park District in downtown Truckee. The creative and efficient design solution creates a whole new contemporary addition to the existing historical building, where a theater and a grand lobby are created, by relocating the existing gym massing and positioning it adjacently, allowing it to serve as a backstage for the new theater.
